Application Information

You may apply online, or download an application, or contact us to receive a printed copy by mail or fax. Please read and answer all questions carefully.

If you need an early decision, send in your application between January and April, 2008. Please specify on your application the reason for your early decision application, and by when you need a decision.

Application Fees

$50 if submitted online or postmarked by May 1st, 2008
$75 if submitted online or postmarked after May 1st, 2008

For the application to be considered complete, the application form and the audition tape must be received.

The application fee must be included, and cannot be waived for any reason.

To be considered for financial aid and scholarship, you must submit the Financial Evaluation Form by mail or fax by May 1st, 2008.
